Prevention is a continuous service

Effective prevention starts before the appointment and continues afterwards. HeBA brings together risk information, patient preparation, coordinated clinical work, personal health plans and employer-level follow-up.

A shared workflow for different roles

Nurses and doctors can work in parallel with a shared patient context. Patients contribute information before the visit. Employers access the information relevant to their role. Decisions, communication and follow-up are generated from the same service process.

A better experience for everyone

For employees, preparation and a personal health plan turn a health check into a useful next step. The care team works with shared information and a clear division of responsibilities. Employers can organise the service with less administration and use appropriate aggregate information for workplace health decisions.

What HeBA’s clients say

Stories from HeBA Clinic’s clients, in Estonian.

Workflow improvement comes first

HeBA’s September 2026 service overview reports approximately 40% improvement in workflow efficiency before AI, based on internal and external user experience. It attributes the improvement to role allocation, parallel work, preparation and less manual administration. This is a reported operational estimate, not a controlled measurement or an AI effect.

Then AI supports the whole service

The April 2026 position paper describes AI support for history summaries before a visit, structured notes during the consultation and draft summaries afterwards. Each addition is assessed against clinical quality and total time spent delivering the service. Clinical decisions and accountability remain with professionals.

From clinical experience to reusable technology

This is the foundation of Zild: clinical records, questionnaires, role-based collaboration, communications and integrations that can be reused in another service. HeBA Clinic is both the origin of this experience and an ongoing clinical development environment.
